Privacy Policy

Xythereon Live (“we”, “us”) is operated by Cabanski LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our livestreaming platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account information. When you sign up we use Amazon Cognito to store your email address and, if you use social login (Google or Twitch), the basic profile information those providers share (name, username, profile picture).
• Creator content. If you stream, we store your channel details (title, category, avatar image) and process the live video and chat you broadcast through Amazon IVS. Streams may be recorded to storage as VODs.
• Chat messages. Messages you send in a channel’s chat are transmitted and displayed to other viewers, and are permanently logged (via Amazon IVS Chat) to storage we control for moderation and record-keeping. Chat logs are kept indefinitely and are not deleted automatically.
• Payment information. Subscriptions and tips are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We retain a record of transactions associated with your account.
• Notification preferences. If you opt in to “went live” alerts, we store your channel preferences and the contact details needed to deliver them (email, and — if enabled — phone number or push token).
• Uploaded images. Profile pictures you upload are stored in Amazon S3 and served via a content delivery network.

We use your information to operate your account and streams, process payments and creator payouts, deliver notifications you’ve requested, keep the service secure, and comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on the following processors, each subject to its own privacy policy:

• Amazon Web Services — authentication, video, storage, email (Cognito, IVS, S3, SES, SNS)
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and creator payouts
• Twilio — SMS notifications, if you enable them
• Google and Twitch — only if you choose to sign in with them
• Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics (pages visited, session metrics)

We do not sell your personal information.

We store authentication tokens in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga) to help us understand aggregate usage — pages visited, session length, and how viewers find channels. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Chat messages are retained indefinitely and are not covered by account deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at business@xythereon.com.

Xythereon Live is not intended for children under 13 , and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
